QR codes made here never expire

Every code you make on QRink is a static QR code: the content is stored inside the pattern itself. There is no redirect server in between, so the code keeps working even if this site disappears, with no scan limits and no paid upgrade later. The trade-off is that you cannot change the content after printing. If your link may change, point the code at a stable page on your own site.

Tips for codes that scan every time

  • Contrast: dark code on a light background reads best. The scan test under the preview tells you right away whether a decoder can read your design.
  • Size: print at least 2 × 2 cm (0.8 × 0.8 in). For posters, make the code about one tenth of the scanning distance.
  • Quiet zone: leave about four modules of empty space around the code.
  • Logo: keep the logo under 25% of the code width and use error correction level H, which is switched on automatically when you add a logo.

Privacy

Everything you type and every logo you upload is processed inside your browser and never sent to a server, so it is safe to enter Wi-Fi passwords or contact details.

FAQ

Is it really free, and does the code expire?
Yes. These are static QR codes, so there is no expiry date or scan limit, and you may use them commercially.
Which file should I use for print?
SVG is vector, so it stays sharp at any size and is ideal for print shops. If you need a PNG, download 2048 px or larger.
Will it still scan with a logo?
QR codes can recover from partial damage. Adding a logo switches error correction to H, which tolerates up to 30% loss, and the scan test confirms that your design still decodes.
Can I track how many people scan it?
Static codes have no built-in tracking. To measure visits, add UTM parameters to your link and check them in your own analytics.
